MESSAGE NOTES

Because life is too short and the Gospel is too important for us to ask people to simply play along with some dumb religious game.

Psalm 13:2-4
How long, Lord? Will you forget me forever? How long will you hide your face from me? How long must I wrestle with my thoughts and day after day have sorrow in my heart? How long will my enemy triumph over me? Look on me and answer, Lord my God. Give light to my eyes, or I will sleep in death, and my enemy will say, “I have overcome him,” and my foes will rejoice when I fall.

Psalm 13:1

Psalm 13:5-6
But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation. I will sing the Lord’s praise, for he has been good to me.

God Permanence is knowing that God is still there even when you can’t see Him.

We are invited to turn towards God with our heart’s and head’s toughest questions.

Prayer has the power to change both our inner world and our outer world.

We need to develop a greater sense of “God Permanence”
