Small Group Leaders
A small group leader is anyone who chooses to invest in the lives of a few to encourage authentic faith by practicing the way of Jesus together. The ideal leader in this role will love students and want to invest in the next generation by building deep relationships with students and facilitating spiritually significant conversations.
Our student ministry weekend programming often requires those who have technical expertise and are willing to work behind the scenes with students. In this role, you’ll be expected to help run sound, lighting, band practice, and/or other media to help us create a compelling experience for students.
Servant leaders in this role help us create an engaging student environment. They are expected to work alongside other leaders to ensure everything is ready (tables, chairs, games, etc.) before students arrive each week.
Tear Down Team
Servant leaders in this role work to ensure that our spaces are ready for other ministry use after our student gatherings. They are expected to work alongside other leaders to ensure everything is cleaned up (tables, chairs, games, etc.) once students leave.
Adult Band Mentor
We value giving students opportunities to serve in a variety of ministry areas, including our worship band. Mentors are expected to be proficient in music/vocals and able to help students develop their gifts and capacities to lead worship during gatherings.
Special Event SupportJoin the Team
Throughout the year, we do a variety of special events and gatherings for our students. Servant leaders in this role provide support for these events in one or more of the following ways: student check-in, driving, chaperone, etc. This is an ‘as needed’ role, meaning the ideal candidates will be able to adjust to change and have some flexibility in their schedule.
