Adult Leader for FiveSix (5th-6th Graders) for the 11am Gathering
Adult Male Leader for High School Guys on Sunday Evenings
FiveSix
Teachers
Leaders in this role will be responsible for preparing and delivering a teaching to students at one or both of our weekend gatherings (lesson plan and prep materials provided). Those are are able to communicate the truth’s of God’s Word in a clear and compelling way to students will thrive here.
Small Group Leader
A small group leader is anyone who chooses to invest in the lives of a few to encourage authentic faith by practicing the way of Jesus together. The ideal leader in this role will love students and want to invest in the next generation by building deep relationships with students and facilitating spiritually significant conversations.
Special Event Support
Throughout the year, we do a variety of special events and gatherings for our students. Servant leaders in this role provide support for these events in one or more of the following ways: student check-in, driving, chaperone, etc. This is an ‘as needed’ role, meaning the ideal candidates will be able to adjust to change and have some flexibility in their schedule.
Students
Small Group Leaders
A small group leader is anyone who chooses to invest in the lives of a few to encourage authentic faith by practicing the way of Jesus together. The ideal leader in this role will love students and want to invest in the next generation by building deep relationships with students and facilitating spiritually significant conversations.
Production
Our student ministry weekend programming often requires those who have technical expertise and are willing to work behind the scenes with students. In this role, you’ll be expected to help run sound, lighting, band practice, and/or other media to help us create a compelling experience for students.
Setup Team
Servant leaders in this role help us create an engaging student environment. They are expected to work alongside other leaders to ensure everything is ready (tables, chairs, games, etc.) before students arrive each week.
Tear Down Team
Servant leaders in this role work to ensure that our spaces are ready for other ministry use after our student gatherings. They are expected to work alongside other leaders to ensure everything is cleaned up (tables, chairs, games, etc.) once students leave.
Adult Band Mentor
We value giving students opportunities to serve in a variety of ministry areas, including our worship band. Mentors are expected to be proficient in music/vocals and able to help students develop their gifts and capacities to lead worship during gatherings.

Host
Hosts are expected to make their home available for bi-weekly 1825 gatherings. For those who have a passion for the next generation, the gift of hospitality, and the space to welcome others, this is an ideal role.
Small Group Leader

The ideal leader in this role will love students and young adults, and want to invest in the next generation by building deep relationships and facilitating spiritually significant conversations.
Cook
Food is an important part of our bi-weekly 1825 gatherings. Those who serve in this role will be expected to help prepare meals (home cooked, catered, pizza, etc.).
