Support Our Partners Around the World

As we conclude 2021, we want to rally together to support our global partners around the world. Our 12 partners have plans for expanding their ministries in 2022, and we want to help jump-start those. We’re asking God, in faith, for $80,000 to give to our partners. We ask that you pray along with our elders and staff on how God might want you to participate in this offering that we’ll receive on Sunday, December 19.
Give In-Person
During our gatherings on Sunday, December 19, we will have a designated time during worship when you can give your offering. You will find envelopes in the backs of seats that you can put your offering in.
Give Online
You can give online at any point between now and the end of the year. Just use the button below or give through the Church Center app. Ensure that “Global Missions” is the designated fund you are giving towards.

Argentina

Cristian and Cintia Mikkan – The Mikkans serve in Mendoza, Argentina, leading a thriving church that has already planted other churches. Two years ago, they launched a ministry called Dream Center, which focuses on providing specific help, hope, and new opportunities for people in need. They also have a mobile version of the Dream Center that they can take to places of extreme poverty in Argentina.
Our Goal
In order to bring more organization to the Dream Center and extend their reach into the community, we want to provide the Mikkans with funds to improve their Dream Center ministry.

Guatemala

Chad and Jamie Bader – The Bader family serves in the impoverished rural communities of Guatemala. They are co-founders of a ministry called ‘Transformando Vidas’ (Transforming Lives). Their mission is to provide leadership, guidance, and resources to see San Jose Guachipilin, Escuintla, and other future communities redeemed spiritually, socially, and economically for the glory of God.
Our Goal
The Baders recently had a piece of property donated to them. Our goal is to help them raise the funds to build a multi-use building on the property. It will serve as the first Christian Church in the area and will be used for other outreach events during the week.
Helbert and Barbara Castellanos – The Castellanos, who are native Guatemalans, are the co-founders of ‘Transformando Vidas’ and partner with the Baders in meeting both the physical and spiritual needs of the poor in remote rural communities in Guatemala.  Their knowledge of the land and the people has proven invaluable as they reach these communities.
Our Goal
To meet physical and spiritual needs in the rural mountainous communities, 4×4 vehicles are a must. Helbert’s current truck is unreliable, so we want to provide him with funds to put towards a newer truck.

Honduras

Roger and Marylyn Reeck – The Reecks worked as missionaries for Wycliffe Bible Translators for years translating and supervising the translation of the Bible into several languages around the world. They have both recently retired but are still working to bring the gospel to those who are hurting in Honduras. Marylyn works with Wycliffe’s partner organization, the Trauma Healing Institute, to help those with physical and mental trauma before presenting them in the gospel.
Our Goal
The Reecks have a 20-year-old vehicle that has been run down over the years of ministry. We want to provide them with funds to put towards a newer vehicle that will allow them to continue to take the gospel to those in Honduras.
Fernando Sabio – The Sabios serve in making disciples that make other disciples through pastoring a local church, doing leadership development, and church planting among Garifuna people in Honduras.
Our Goal
Fernando wants to build a digital platform for discipling and training the Garifuna people in Honduras. We want to help raise the funds necessary for him to create the digital platform.
Stephen and Erica Switzer – The Switzers live in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, and run Embraced International. Embraced International partners with the Honduran welfare office to serve the most vulnerable children and families in the San Pedro Sula region. Their various programs work to empower at-risk families and provide solutions such as foster care for children when their biological families cannot care for their children.
Our Goal
One way that we can help with the family reintegration process is to build homes for families. Having a home is part of the requirements from the Honduran government in order to bring families back together. We want to help raise the funds to build two homes for families.

Uganda

Eric and Melissa Olupot – Eric and Melissa, along with their two children, are partnering with a local deaf church to spread the Gospel with the Ugandan Deaf community. Sadly, only 2% of deaf people worldwide are practicing Christians, and the Olupots hope that their ministry will help to change those statistics. In addition to their work at the deaf church, Eric and Melissa are currently preparing to begin a Christian school for the deaf.
Our Goal
The Olupots are raising money to purchase a 5-acre piece of property to build their school for the deaf. We want to help them raise the remaining funds necessary to purchase the property.
Nelson Ntanda – Nelson, who is a native Ugandan, has been pastoring and reaching the lost for Christ in Uganda for 30+ years.
Our Goal
Nelson has been working as a pastor for 30+ years and has never finished building his home. We want to help raise the funds necessary to help him finish his home.

Venezuela

Juan Elias and Olvis Salas – The Salas family have pastored Luz Del Mundo Evangelical Christian Church for 26 years in Maturin, Venezuela. They are actively reaching three tribal ethnicities, have developed many local ministries in the state of Monagas, and are in the advanced stage of launching an aviation ministry to quickly mobilize their ministry to reach even more unreached people groups in remote areas.
Our Goal
The Salas family has plans to reach the Warao people group in the jungles of Venezuela along the Orinoco River. Plans are underway to send several missionary families there to learn the language, establish homes, and eventually share the truth of Jesus. We want to help them raise the funds to send these missionary families out and ultimately share the gospel with the Warao people group.

National College Ministry

The Neals – Adam and Kaitlin Neal started The Refuge Retreat in 2018. Their mission is to unify a generation of college students to be disciple-making followers of Jesus. They believe in college students and their capability to make a difference in this world. They strive to accomplish their mission through weekend retreats, weekly Zoom Bible studies, and meet-ups.
Our Goal
Adam and Kaitlin are working to create an in-depth discipleship resource that they want to put in the hands of every college student. It is a resource that will guide students through growing in their personal discipleship and their peers. We want to help them raise the funds to put this $15 resource into the hands of 100 students.

International Church Planting in Asia, Africa, & the Americas

Dr. David Nelms – Dr. Nelms is the founder and president of The Timothy Initiative (TTI). This organization has planted thousands of churches through training and multiplying disciples around the world. David believes that TTI’s strategy to make disciples who make disciples is a simple method for spreading the Gospel to the ends of the Earth that echoes the book of Acts. He believes that as the body of Christ works together, we can finish the task Jesus gave us 2,000 years ago—to make disciples of every nation and people group.
Our Goal
We want to raise the funds to plant 22 churches to kick-off 2022. $300 is needed to plant one church.

International Ministry to Students

Dr. Randy Smith – Dr. Smith is the founder and president of Youth Ministry International (YMI). This organization desires to make disciples of the world’s 2.3 billion unreached youth by training youth workers. YMI partners with Bible colleges and seminaries to “train trainers” and provide formal academic training to equip youth leaders in their context. After being trained, these youth ministry professionals begin teaching and mentoring others to reach and disciple young people effectively.
Our Goal
We want to raise the funds to train 200 new youth ministry leaders. $20 is needed to train one leader.
